Gus Comiskey, Jr.
Gus Comiskey, Jr. is President of Comiskey Kaufman Consulting, LLC and is an independent consultant and Managing Director of Fulcrum Partners LLC.
Mr. Comiskey currently serves on the Board of Visitors of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, is on the Development Board of University of Texas Health, is on the Council of the Greater Houston Community Foundation, serves on the board of the American Red Cross – Houston Chapter and serves on the Board of Stewards at Chapelwood United Methodist Church, serves on the Steering Committee of Early Matters, is on the board of Spring Spirit, and on the board of the Children’s Learning Institute.
He is past chair of the following: Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, The Greater Houston Community Foundation, Texas Business Hall of Fame, Houston CLU Chapter, Houston Business and Estate Planning Council, the local American Red Cross, the Houston Lighthouse for the Blind, and the Children’s Charity Fund.
Gus Comiskey, Jr. graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in insurance. From there he attended the Wharton School in Philadelphia, where he earned a master’s degree in finance. He later took a continuing education program at the Harvard School of Business.
